Terms of Service

Last updated: September 3, 2026

Welcome to CloudSupply. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the CloudSupply platform, which helps nonprofits, campaigns, and brands design, order, and manage print, direct mail, and marketing materials with AI-assisted tools and professional fulfillment partners. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your Account

  • You must provide accurate, complete information when registering and keep it current.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You must be authorized to act on behalf of any organization you represent and to place orders using its resources.
  • One organization workspace per account; additional teammates may be invited by an administrator.

2. The Service

CloudSupply provides design tools, product catalogs, ordering, approvals, and coordination with print and direct-mail fulfillment partners. Specific products, suppliers, sizes, materials, and turnaround times vary and are confirmed during ordering. Some features may be added, changed, or discontinued as we improve the platform.

3. Orders, Pricing & Fulfillment

  • Prices and availability are estimates until an order is confirmed. Quantities, minimums, taxes, and fees are finalized before production.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving proofs and specifications before an order goes to production.
  • Turnaround times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays from carriers or production partners are outside our direct control.
  • Fulfillment is performed by third-party print and mail partners. We facilitate ordering and coordination but do not manufacture the items ourselves.

4. Payment & Billing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order you authorize us to charge the selected payment method. You are responsible for any applicable taxes and fees. Refunds, where applicable, are handled according to our refund practices and the relevant fulfillment partner’s policies.

5. AI-Assisted Design & Content

  • AI-generated designs are produced from your prompts and inputs; results may be similar to other generated work and are not guaranteed to be unique.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload, including logos, images, and mailing lists.
  • You grant CloudSupply and its fulfillment partners a limited license to use your content as needed to produce and deliver your orders.
  • AI output is provided “as is” without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CloudSupply to:

  • Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right, including intellectual property and data-protection laws.
  • Send unsolicited or prohibited marketing, or use mailing lists without proper consent.
  • Upload infringing, unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.
  • Interfere with, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform or its integrations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.

7. Intellectual Property

The CloudSupply platform, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by CloudSupply and protected by applicable laws. Designs you create within your workspace are yours to use, subject to any rights of third parties and your fulfillment provider’s terms. AI-generated content may be subject to additional terms from the underlying AI provider.

8. Third-Party Services

The service integrates with third parties such as Stripe, print and mail fulfillment partners, AI providers, and email delivery services. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers beyond our coordination role.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that every order will be produced or delivered without error.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CloudSupply and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid to CloudSupply in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or pose a risk to the service or others. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide notice through the platform or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. The parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute before pursuing formal proceedings. Any unresolved dispute will be handled in accordance with the jurisdiction applicable to your account.
