CloudSupply (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides a centralized print-on-demand procurement platform that helps nonprofits, campaigns, and brands design, order, and manage print, direct mail, and marketing materials. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or using CloudSupply, you agree to the practices described here.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate and provide the service, process and fulfill orders, generate and store designs, communicate with you about your account and orders, send requested marketing updates, secure the platform, comply with legal obligations, and improve our products. Where AI-assisted design is used, your prompts and uploaded content may be sent to our AI providers to produce the requested concepts.

How We Share Your Information

We share information only as needed to operate the service and as described here:

  • Fulfillment & print partners: the details needed to produce and ship your orders, including artwork, quantities, and shipping addresses.
  • Payment processor: Stripe, to handle billing.
  • Email & delivery providers: to send transactional and marketing emails on our behalf.
  • AI & integration providers: to power design generation and connected services you enable.
  • Service providers: hosting and infrastructure vendors that help us run the platform.
  • Legal compliance: when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, or property.

AI-Assisted Design & Uploaded Content

When you use AI-assisted design tools, your prompts and any uploaded reference materials are processed to generate concepts. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload. AI-generated output may resemble other outputs and is provided without warranty of uniqueness or fitness for a particular purpose.

Security

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights & Choices
